Neil is a pension Actuary with much experience in the
valuation of Social Security pension schemes and the
design of social protection schemes as well as private
pension schemes. He is currently the MDU Programme
Coordinator at SSNIT and an ILO Local Consultant on
evaluation of pension schemes. The technical advisor to the
Luxemburg Ghana Social Trust Project since 2010.
Neil holds a B.Sc. Mathematics from KNUST and M.Sc. Social
Protection Financing from University of Maastricht,
Netherlands. Other professional training include Dip.

Kofi obtained an MSc. in Statistical Computing - Actuarial
Science at the University of Central Florida and a B.Sc. in
Physics at Gustavus Adolphus College, MN in 2004.
Kofi started his career in 2007 at Towers Perrin Consulting
Firm (USA) as an actuarial analyst where he qualified as an
actuary in 2008.
He has also worked at Mercer (USA) as an
actuarial consultant, National Health Insurance Authority as
an actuarial manager and Stallion Consultants as a
Managing Partner where he led a team of actuaries who
provide actuarial service to clients in the Life and Health
insurance industries. Kofi is currently the General Manager
for Actuarial Services at UT Life Insurance Limited. Kofi is a
Fellow of the Actuarial Society of Ghana and the Society of
Actuaries (USA)

Francis commenced his actuarial career as an Actuarial
Analyst at the National Insurance Commission and later
moved to Saham Life Insurance Ghana Ltd where he
headed the Actuarial function and Business Service
department. Francis is currently the Chief Executive Officer
of aYo Ghana leading the strategic focus of the company
in delivering micro insurance via MTN’s platform.
Francis is a member of the Executive Committee as well as
the Life & Microinsurance Working Group and played a key
role in the growth and attainment of ASG’s FMA status with
the IAA.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science
from the University of Cape Coast and an Executive MBA in
Finance from the University Of Ghana Business School.

Harris begun his carrier in Pension Fund Data Management
and Reporting at SSNIT through Risk Management function
and now to the Deputy Actuarial Manager. He has
experience in implementing risk analytic systems for
corporate institutions. He consults in specific areas including
credit risk management, tail risk modelling, and pension
fund risk management.
He also assisted in evolving and
implementing strategies to improve compliance.
Harris has a BSc. in Mathematics from the Kwame Nkrumah
University of Science and Technology, Ghana; MSc. in
Actuarial Science from the University of Leicester, UK;
Impact Risk Analytics, Kenya, and HRODC Postgraduate
Training Institute, Wolverhampton, UK; Certified Financial
